Personalized Angel Wing Dog Tag - Puppy Plate

Customized your existing collar or add this personalized puppy plate to one of my leather dog collars. These plates are made to attach directly to the collar, so there is no noise from the tags.

Add this plate to your collar... It's as Simple as 1 2 3 !
  • 1. Mark the holes on the dog collar with a sharpie pen using the plate as a guide
  • 2. Use a 7/32" drill bit to drill holes into the collar
  • 3. Attach the plate using the enclosed screws

  • The metal plate is 3/4 inches wide x 3 1/2 inches long. It is shown on a 1 inch wide dog collar.
  • The screws are available in Copper, Brass, or Silver. So feel free to Mix and Match
