This cuff is 6 inches long x 2.5 mm thick. It has a 1 inch opening for sliding off and on and is slightly adjustable.

It is lightweight and very easy to wear. It is made with 100% pure aluminum and will not tarnish or cause reactions due to nickel allergies.
