  • This cuff is slightly adjustable
  • SMALL WOMEN'S CUFF is 5.5-inches from end to end with a 1-inch gap for sliding on and off your wrist.
    AVERAGE WOMEN'S CUFF is 6-inches from end to end with a 1-inch gap for sliding on and off your wrist.
    WOMEN'S LARGE/MEN'S SMALL is 6.5-inches from end to end with a 1-1.5 inch gap for sliding on and off your wrist.
    WOMEN'S X-LARGE/MEN'S AVERAGE is 7-inches from end to end with a 1-1.5 inch gap for sliding on and off your wrist.
  • The aluminum bracelet is lightweight and very easy to wear. It is made with 100% pure aluminum and will not tarnish or cause reactions due to nickel allergies. It can be adjusted to fit most wrists.
  • The copper cuff is 100% pure solid copper (see the copper information in the product photos)
