The AVERAGE CUFF is 6-inches (with a 1-inch gap )long and fits most AVERAGE size WOMEN'S wrists
The LARGE CUFF is 7-inches long (with a 1.5 inch gap ) and fits LARGER sized WOMEN'S wrists and most AVERAGE size MEN'S wrists

The model is wearing the 3/4 inch cuff.

This cuff is lightweight and very easy to wear. It is made with 100% pure aluminum and will not tarnish or cause reactions due to nickel allergies.
